Oh what a BLACKsummers' night!
I finally made it to a The Band concert at The Garden and this one was like every tour I had missed wrapped in one. Common and Chrisette, especially with Common being from Chicago, wow! Recommend the stadium seating closer to the stage or rows right behind the runway. The stage setup makes sure of it. The band is excellent. He was all over the stage and he never forgot to sing to and include the upper levels. Common rocked the stage too. This concert was AWSOME! Worth every dollar! Floor seats looked like they had fun if they could reach the runway stage, yes runway, but I think you will enjoy this show from any section. Encores were a plenty. People left thinking it was over and it definitely was not! Add in Chrisette and Common, especially with Common being from Chicago, wow! He was all over the stage and he never forgot to sing to and include the upper levels. The band is excellent. The stage setup makes sure of it. So glad he is back to keep adding to the REAL music!
